A six-week live course for life in transition

New Year, Who Am I Now?

"I did everything right and I still feel lost."

"It's not a crisis. It's just... I'm not who I thought I was anymore."

If either of those sounds like you, you're not alone, and nothing is wrong with you. When a role or a relationship ends, you lose two things: the thing itself, and the version of you it made possible.

In six weeks, you will stop searching for who you are now and start building it.

Who Am I Now? A First Gathering

Thursday 5 November, 1:00 pm Eastern, live on Zoom. Forty-five minutes, with a short teaching and a breath practice we do together.

Who it's for

Adults in a change they chose or didn't choose: an empty nest, a career change, divorce, retirement, a new baby, a move. Adults motivated to learn and grow.

What you will learn by the end

By the end of the six weeks, you will be able to:

  1. Name what your transition ended, what it held for you, and what is still standing.
  2. Recognize grief for the person you used to be, and let it come and go without deciding something is wrong with you.
  3. Spot the disguise your fear wears, such as exhaustion, irritability or putting things off, and settle your body with small, repeated steps.
  4. Take inventory of the strengths your old role built, and the five things it held for you: income, structure, status, people and story.
  5. Design and try one small "bridge experiment" toward the life you are building.
  6. Find where an old pattern starts in your body, and take one step small enough that resistance doesn't stop you.

How it works

  • Six weekly live sessions on Zoom, 60 to 75 minutes, in a small group of 8 to 12.
  • Each week, you watch the matching free episode from The Transitions Series first. The live session goes one layer deeper, and we do the practice together.
  • The videos explain what is happening. The room is where it changes.
  • Sharing is always optional, and the recording pauses while people share.

What you get

  • Six live sessions on Zoom. The link is in your course and in a reminder email before each session.
  • A replay of every session. Watch it in your course until one week after the last session. Replays are watch-only.
  • The course workbook (PDF), with each week's practice and reflection questions. Download it from the first lesson of your course.
  • The matching free episode each week, linked in every lesson.
